Learning Outside School Walls
Experiential Learning
We believe it’s important to provide learning experiences outside of the classroom. By venturing out into the community around us, our students learn about faith, science, civic organizations, the arts, nature, and more!
Our teachers plan age-appropriate field trips to a variety of places like the Minnesota Zoo, the Cathedral of St. Paul- Minneapolis, Medtronic, the Arboretum, Eagle Bluff, The Children's Theater and the Guthrie.

Support Resources
Resource Teacher
St. Bartholomew is blessed to have a full-time resource teacher who works with students who may be struggling with reading or math. Our teacher works one on one or in small groups to provide support and help with understanding of various grade level concepts. These interventions assist with filling in learning gaps and provides students with confidence in previously challenging areas of learning.
Counseling Services
St. Bartholomew provides onsite counseling services for students through Phoenix Counseling Services. The counselor works with individuals or small groups on social skills, friendship skills, or other concerns to help our students balance social and emotional learning.
