St. Bartholomew is pleased to announce our participation in the Federal Lunch Program for the 2026-27 School Year! Free lunch will be offered for all K-5 students.
Free & Reduced-Price School Meals
St. Bart's is committed to ensuring every student has access to healthy, balanced meals every day. Families can apply for Free or Reduced-Price meals at any time during the school year.
How to Apply
- Check Income Guidelines & Qualifications
Review the current USDA Income Eligibility Guidelines to see if your household qualifies based on family size and income.
Note: Households receiving SNAP, TANF, or FDPIR, as well as foster children, homeless youth, and migrant students, automatically qualify under Direct Certification.
- Complete the Application Choose one of the following options:
Download a PDF application or pick up a copy at the school main office.
- Submit & Await Notification Return paper applications to the main office. Applications are processed within 10 school days, and a determination letter will be sent via email or mail.
Important Notices:
- 100% Confidential: Federal law protects family privacy. Student status is strictly confidential and never visible in cafeteria lines.
- Reapply Anytime: If household circumstances change (loss of job, increased family size), families may reapply at any point in the school year.
- Special Accommodations: For students with dietary disabilities or severe allergies, please submit a completed Medical Statement Form
Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)
Our school participates in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), a federal program that provides funding to serve nutritious meals and snacks to students enrolled in structured afterschool enrichment and childcare programs.

Managing Cafeteria Accounts Online
Parents will be billed in TADS for breakfast and lunch purchases outside of what the plan provides.
Payment Policy Note: Cash or checks payable to St. Bartholomew School are also accepted in main offices.

Filing a Program Discrimination Complaint
To file a program discrimination complaint, a complainant should complete Discrimination Complaint Form, which can be obtained online at the Form AD-3027, USDA Program USDA How to File a Discrimination Complaint Page, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
