"The second is this: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself. ' There is no other commandment greater than these.” - Mark 12:31

Each year St. Bart's students put the lessons we teach into action on a number of occasions. The first and largest example of this is our annual service projects. PROJECT Kindness is also the best example of students creating a direct positive impact on our community.   We believe that the best way to teach leadership is through the power of teamwork, and that we can choose to take action and create positive change for our communities, neighbors and ourselves.  Hard work is never more fun than when it's in the pursuit of positively impacting someone else's life!

PURPOSE of PROJECT Kindness

  • Expand our appreciation for serving others

  • Learn about the needs of others in our community & beyond

  • Perform service projects as a school community each month throughout the school year

  • Raise funds during the month of October

PROJECT Kindness is one of St. Bart’s PTO primary fundraisers.

Funds will be used to help offset school operational expenses such as curriculum, technology, salaries, and building maintenance.  PROJECT Kindness is similar to other school fundraisers WITHOUT candy/pizza/wrapping paper sales, etc.  INSTEAD, we focus on performing acts of service and kindness.

St. bart's school Goal $35,000

PROJECT KINDNESS is a year of service and kindness at St. Bart's School. While not all of our service projects are fundraisers, in the month of October the students use their service project to raise funds for the school. They will be raking yards on Friday, October 28 for older adults in our community.   Please consider making a donation to support St. Bart's School and our work in making a difference.  Here is a list of some of the additional service projects we will be completing throughout the year:
