Nonpublic Pupil Aid Forms to Complete
As a Nonpublic school, St. Bart's receives a dollar amount per pupil for instructional materials (such as textbooks) and Health Services. In order to receive these funds, we are required to submit a signed copy of the forms (below) for EACH K-6 student. The forms must be completed indicating that you "DO request" Instructional Materials to qualify.
We ask parents and students to review our technology agreement. Students in Grades 4 to 6 must also sign our Chromebook Policy Agreement before chromebooks will be sent home with students.
Volunteers are an important part of St. Bart's School. We truly appreciate all those who have already stepped up to volunteer with cleaning, lunch room, etc. No volunteers or subs will be allowed to come into the building until the below requirements are completed in FULL.
1. Set aside sufficient time to complete all items without logging out.
Incomplete accounts may result in lost data, requiring you to repeat your setup.
2. Make sure to select the correct location for your role on the dropdown as St. Bartholomew School.
3. Read and follow the directions on the website in the order presented.
Skipping items, fast-forwarding or backing up may corrupt your account and require you to repeat your assignments.
a. Complete each registration field as presented on the screen
b. Complete the Code of Conduct
c. Complete the Background Check application (SSN is required)
d. Complete Safe Environment Training (1 module, approximately 75 minutes)

St. Bart’s School
Parent Teacher Organization
All are welcome to join and participate!
Meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at 6:30, via Zoom. If there is no school on the first Monday, the meeting will be held on the following Monday. Meetings will be posted on the school website and text message reminders will go out the day of the meetings.
There are many chair and committee positions that need to be filled and there are always ways to volunteer. If you have any questions or want to find out how to get involved, you can email us at email@example.com.
Thank you in advance for your time and participation!
We look forward to getting to know the new families at St. Bart’s and seeing some familiar faces return.
